Public Information and Records Request

We receive many requests for records at the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) that we do not have or handle because they belong to a different state agency or local government. We have compiled a list of common topics that are handled at other local government agencies and in some cases, available online.

For Commercial Requests:

If you are submitting a request for a commercial purpose, you must disclose this pursuant to A.R.S. 39-121.03. Please note that a commercial usage fee may apply. Commercial requests should include a fee schedule outlining the "value of the reproduction [of the record] on the commercial market" (A.R.S. 39-121.03(A)).
